Justin Derrico grew up in Virginia and started playing guitar after hearing some of the classic rock gods when he was 15 years old. After graduating from Musicians Institute (MI) he gained prominence as the lead guitarist for Pink – whom he's worked with for more than ten years – as well as Robin Thicke and NBC's "The Voice" house band.

Justin loves to rock, and excels there in technique and authentic sound, but his versatile playing style also incorporates a lot of country, especially hybrid picking. A lot of his deep harmonic knowledge comes from Jazz – including some rather exotic scales. He is very sound focussed and matches tones very well, which came in handy for "The Voice", where he played hundreds of different styles in twenty plus seasons.
